Shane Clanton runner-up in Fall Classic prelim at Whynot Motorsports Park

Taking part in the 30th-annual Coors Light Fall Classic, Shane Clanton joined a field of over 50 Super Late Models at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Miss.) on Friday afternoon to kick off the two-day event.

Starting sixth in the second $3,000-to-win preliminary feature on Friday, Clanton made up four positions to finish runner-up to Ashton Winger.

For Saturday's main event, Shane won a B-Main which locked him into the $20,000-to-win finale where he would pull off early and finish 20th.
