1September 26th, 2015 - On Friday night Shane Clanton made the trip to Eriez Speedway (Erie, Pennsylvania) for the unsanctioned September Sweep event. Paying $4,000 to the feature winner, Clanton was one of 33 Super Late Models signed in for the double-header weekend. Following a heat race win, Shane scored a 6th place finish in the feature event.

1With 32 cars signed in on Saturday at Eriez Speedway, Shane Clanton earned the pole position starting spot for the Dick Litz Memorial after capturing a heat race win. Leading all 40-laps, Clanton bagged his 15th win of the 2015 season. Scoring a $6,000 payday, Shane ousted Bump Hedman, Greg Oakes, Rob Blair, and Steve Kania in the Zimmer’s United Late Model Series sanctioned event.

1September 19th, 2015 - Shane Clanton returned to World of Outlaws Late Model Series (WoO) action on Saturday night by making the trip to Berlin Raceway (Marne, Michigan) for the Down & Dirty Weekend. With Friday’s night events cancelled due to rain, 35 Super Late Models signed in on Saturday night for the $12,000 to win feature event. Scoring a runner-up finish in his heat to Jeep Van Wormer, Shane earned the 7th place starting spot for the A-Main. Gaining three spots in the 60-lapper, Shane Clanton scored a 4th place finish behind Rick Eckert, Darrell Lanigan, and Jeep Van Wormer, with Josh Richards coming in 5th.

1September 12th, 2015 - On Thursday night Shane Clanton headed to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) for the prestigious 45th Annual World 100. With 106 Super Late Models signed in for the three-day event, Shane earned a 3rd place starting position for his heat with the 2nd fastest time in his qualifying group behind Josh Richards. Cruising to 8-lap heat race win, Clanton earned the 6th place starting spot for the feature. Competing for a $5,000 payday in the opening night 25-lap affair, Clanton gained one spot in the stout field finishing 5th behind Dale McDowell, Darrell Lanigan, Mike Marlar, and Chris Madden.

1With the rain rescheduling all of Friday night’s preliminary events to Saturday, Shane Clanton bagged a runner-up finish in his heat to Jon Henry giving him a 10th place starting spot for the 2nd round of preliminary features. Battling for another $5,000 paycheck in the 25-lap feature, Shane gained one spot scoring a 9th place finish.

1Later on in the night for the 45th Annual World 100, Shane earned a 2nd row starting spot for his heat based off his performances in the past two preliminary features. Transferring the top three, Clanton notched his spot for the 100-lapper with a 2nd place heat finish to Billy Moyer. 1September 6th, 2015 - Shane Clanton returned to action on Friday night by making the trip to Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pennsylvania) for the World of Outlaws Late Models Series (WoO) sanctioned Working Man 50.  In a field of 42 Super Late Models, Shane scored a 2nd place finish in his heat to Chub Frank. Starting on the pole, Shane dominated the field cruising to his 14th victory on the season with Josh Richards, Frank Heckenast Jr., Davey Johnson, and Rick Eckert trailing him to the finish line.

1On Saturday night 39 entries signed in at Lernerville Speedway for the rescheduled Firecracker 100 rescheduled from June. Capturing a 10-lap heat race victory, Shane Clanton transferred into the 100-lap affair with a 7th place starting position. Improving five spots in the feature event paying $30,000 to the winner, Clanton scored a runner-up finish to Rick Eckert with Jared Miley, Chase Junghans, and Josh Richards rounding out the top five.

Wrapping up the busy Labor Day weekend, Shane headed to Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania) for the WoO sanctioned Jeff’s Auto Body National Open. With a stout field of 39 cars signed in for the feature event paying $8,000 to the winner, Clanton cruised to heat race victory giving him an 8th place starting position for the feature. Marching up to the front, Clanton advanced six spots in the 40-lapper scoring runner-up finish to Darrell Lanigan with Chase Junghans, Morgan Bagley, and Josh Richards completing the top five.
