1June 27th, 2015 - Heading back to the great 50 states, Shane Clanton looked to make the New York World of Outlaws Late Model Series sweep. On Tuesday night Clanton visited Weedsport Speedway (Weedsport, New York) to compete in the Finger Lakes 40 with a field of 31 Super Late Models. Starting the night off by setting a new track record in qualifying, Shane went on to win his heat race and lead every lap of feature event to register his 9th win of the season. Clanton ousted Tim McCreadie, Darrell Lanigan, Chase Junghans and Morgan Bagley to capture a $8,000 paycheck. This victory puts Clanton at nine total wins on the season

1On Thursday Shane made the journey to Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pennsylvania) for the first night of the 9th Annual Firecracker 100 hosted by the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. After scoring a heat victory, Clanton led every lap of the $6,000 feature event to record his 10th win of the season.

1In 30-lap feature presented by GottaRace.com, Shane Clanton cruised to his 7th World of Outlaws feature win of the season with Rick Eckert, Jared Miley, Darrell Lanigan, and Eric Wells completing the top five.

The following day for night two of the Firecracker 100, Shane followed up his 5th fastest qualifying time in his group with a heat race win. Starting in 7th for the 30-lap feature event, Shane Clanton worked his way through the field to retire a 3rd place outing behind race winner Chase Junghans, and Scott Bloomquist with Chub Frank and Davey Johnson finishing the top five.

Saturday’s 9th Annual Firecracker 100 was postponed to September 5th due to the weather.

1June 20th, 2015 - Shane Clanton started the World of Outlaws North-eastern swing with a bang. On Thursday night, he made the trip to Fonda Speedway (Fonda, New York) piloting the #25 Capital Race Car to victory lane. Competing in a field of 25 Super Late Models, the third starting Clanton grabbed the lead from Brandon Overton on lap 8 and never looked back. Shane notched his first WoO victory since Georgia-Florida Speedweeks, topping Chub Frank, Chase Junghans, Frank Heckenast Jr., and Tim McCreadie.

On Saturday night Shane traveled with the World of Outlaws Late Models as they made the journey to Canada for a night racing at Brighton Speedway (Brighton, Ontario). With thirty-two Late Models on hand for the Mud Slinger 50, Clanton started his night by setting a new track record in qualifying. He then captured a heat win, transferring him into the feature event. Battling for the $10,000 payday, Shane was in contention for the lead throughout the 50 lap finale. Working their way through lap traffic, Clanton and Josh Richards battled side-by-side for the lead during the closing laps of the event. At the finish line Clanton came up just short as he recorded a 2nd place finish behind Richards. Tim McCreadie, Morgan Bagley and Rick Eckert completed the top five.

Sunday's WoO show at Cornwall Motor Speedway (Cornwall, Ontario)was rained out due to rain in the forecast.

1June 6th, 2015 - Thursday night brought Shane Clanton to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) for night one of 21st Annual Dirt Late Model Dream. With a hefty 84 Late Models signed up for the night’s program, Clanton went on to set the fastest time in qualifying earning him a 4th place starting spot in his heat. Via his 8-lap heat, Shane captured a 2nd place spot behind Chris Simpson. After starting outside spot in row three, Clanton bounced up to finish 4th behind Jonathan Davenport, Dale McDowell, Dennis Erb Jr., and Jimmy Owens rounding out the top five.

On night two of the Dream, Shane recorded the 5th fastest spot in his qualifying group with a smaller crowd of 81 Late Models. With a 5th place finish in his heat, Clanton advanced twelve spots from 18th to 6th in the 25-lap A-Main event.

For the final night of the three day show, Shane Clanton charged from 3rd place in his heat to put his car in victory lane. After taking the lead from lap 5 and hanging on til lap 61, Clanton recorded a 5th place finish in the 100-lap A-Main behind Jonathan Davenport, Earl Pearson Jr., Dennis Erb Jr. and Dale McDowell.
