1April 18th, 2015 - Famer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) was the destination for Shane Clanton over the weekend as the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Models Series sanctioned the annual Illini 100.

Friday night's program was highlighted by a $6,000-to-win event that saw forty-eight Super Late Models registering for battle. Contact with the outside wall during qualifications put Shane behind the 8-ball for much of the night. After failing to reach a transfer position in preliminary action, Clanton utilized a series provisional to lock into the 23rd starting spot on the feature grid. In the 25-lap main event, Clanton recorded a 23rd place finish in the final rundown.

Saturday night's Illini 100 finale boosted a $15,000 top prize to competitors. Shane posted the fastest lap in Group B of time trails and went on to win his heat race, sending him to the evenings redraw. After locking into the seventh starting spot for 75-lap main event, Clanton race to a solid fifth place finish behind race winner, Brandon Sheppard, Darrell Lanigan, Shannon Babb, and Bobby Pierce.

1April 11th, 2015 - Shane resumed competition with the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series on Saturday night at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee). Heath Lawson Photo

The $10,000-to-win program drew a field of twenty-six entries, and after posting the fastest lap overall in time trials, Clanton went on to win his preliminary heat race to earn a spot in the redraw. Shane received the third starting position for the 50-lap finale. He race second for much of the event before slipping to a fourth place finish in the closing laps behind race winner, Billy Ogle Jr., Jimmy Owens, and Josh Richards. Darrell Lanigan rounded out the top five finishers.

1April 4th, 2015 - Shane Clanton made an unscheduled trip to Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) on Saturday night for a $5,000-to-win, ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series event.

Seventeen competitors registered for the event, and Shane locked into the 50-lap main event via preliminary action. During the course of the feature, Clanton drove his #25 Weldbank Energy/Capital Race Car/Clements Race Engine Super Late Model to a solid fourth place finish behind race winner, Casey Roberts, G.R. Smith, and Brandon Overton. Dennis Franklin rounded out the top five finishers.
