1May 25th, 2014 - The World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model tour took the team to Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, West Virginia) over the weekend.

On Saturday evening preliminary action was held for the $20,000-to-win Jackpot 100. A talented field of thirty-one entries were set to do battle, and after qualifying seventh overall Shane went on to finish second in his heat race to earn a spot in the redraw for Sunday's finale. During the course of the 75 lap feature Clanton settled to a twelfth place finish in the final rundown.

1May 18th, 2013 - Shane Clanton took part in a triple header weekend of action in his #25 Weldbank Energy/Capital/ Clements Super Late Model.

Action opened on Friday as the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series sanctioned their first-ever event at 201 Speedway (Sitka, Kentucky). Thirty-nine entries took part in the $10,000-to-win event, and via heat race action Shane earned the ninth starting spot for the 50 lap feature. He raced in the top ten throughout the feature before crossing the finish line in 9th.

Saturday night's WoO sanctioned event at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) fell victim to rain, and as a result the team entered a Weekly Racing Series Event at Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia). Shane would race his way to a fourth place finish behind race winner, Jason Croft, Michael Page, and Wayne Echols.

The weekend drew to a close on Sunday evening at Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tennessee) with another $10,000-to-win, WoO Late Model event. After starting the night by setting quick time over the thirty-nine car field, a third place finish in his heat race moved Shane to the main event in the ninth starting spot. He would go on to finish in the eleventh place finish in the 50 lap finale.

May 8th, 2014 - With a weekend off from the World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series tour, Shane entered a tripleheader of events with the Old Man's Garage (OMG) Spring Nationals.

Thursday night action brought the team to Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tennessee) for a $4,000-to-win program with the tour. A talented field of thirty-two entries filled the pit area, and with the top eight qualifiers locking into the main event Shane would fall just short of the mark and have to run a b-main. He went on to win his respective b-main, locking him into the ninth starting spot for the 40 lap feature. In the feature Clanton was battling amongst the top ten early on when he spun to avoid a caution, and per series rules was sent to the tail of the field for stopping on the track. He would retire from the remainder of the event to a 22nd place finish in the final rundown.

May 3rd, 2014 - The World of Outlaws (WoO) Late Model Series resumed action on Friday night at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina) for a $10,000-to-win event. With twenty-seven Super Late Models in the pit area Shane raced to a fifth place finish in his heat race, locking him into the thirteenth starting spot for the feature event. In the 50 lap finale Clanton advanced to a seventh place finish by the time the checkered flag waved.

Saturday evening took the team to Lavonia Speedway (Lavonia, Georgia) for another $10,000-to-win program. Twenty competitors entered the event at the red clay oval, and after qualifying seventh overall Shane went on to finish fourth in his heat race. As a results he was slated to start seventh on the grid for the 50 lap feature. He would go on to race in the top ten throughout the event before crossing the finish line in the eighth position.
